Blueberry Muffin Cookies

These cookies are so delicious! Once I’ve decided I’m going to make them, I can barely think about anything but eating them.
How Sweet It Is originally posted the recipe, but I’ve tweaked the recipe to make it my own, and here is what you’ll need:
Makes 2 to 2.5 dozen cookies
- 2 sticks butter, melted
- 1 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon fine salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon french vanilla coffee-mate
- 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
1. Combine butter and sugar with an electric mixer until smooth
2. Add egg and vanilla, mixing until combined
3. Stir in flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon with the mixer on low speed
4. Mix until dough comes together, and then add in coffee-mate
5. Fold in blueberries gently with a spatula
6. Refrigerate for 30 minutes
7. Remove dough from fridge and scoop out with a small spoon
8. Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes
9. Cool for 5 minutes before moving to wire racks
10. Try not to eat them all before you share with others

Just got these @ the Green City Market. Hopefully, the bouquets I make will be just as pretty!
